WH~P. RAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said V~RIFI~D PBTITION of RRCLASSIPICATION NO. P-58-59-30 on the 17th day of November, 1958, NOTIC~ of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANA/{EIM MdNICIPAL COD~, Section 9200; and WH~Pd~AS, Said Commission, after due inspection investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. There are a number of stores presently on these properties which were built under County Use Variances. 2. This reclassification will conform to the proposed new Zoning Map for C-6 uses. 3. The Commission recommended C-1 rather than C-2. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in the office of the City ~ngineer. 3. The payment of $2.00 per front foot for stree~ lighting purposes. 4. Above requirements to be completed within 90 days.
