A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS', The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of s certain parcel, of real,property, situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 6, 'Tract No. 483 in the City of Anaheim, and £urt~r desczibed as 1719 West
La Palms Avenue.
Applicant: Pau 1 Lei~er

~HEREAS, The City ,Planning Commission di'd hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the Cl~y of Anaheim, on July 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and' the provisions of the ANAHEIM ..
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
.WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in i~s behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered, at said Hearing,. does f~nd and de~ermine the following facts:
1~ The proposed sign on top and at right angles to the building
is necessary tO advertise ~he applicant's business.
2. The proposed sign at right angles to the building and near the highway is Similar
to other signs granted in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T..RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
