WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did'hold a Public Hearing at the

WHEREAS, Said Cont~?;sion, after due inspection, in' .tigation and studies
made by itself and in' i~s behalf and after due consideration/of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the fei'lowing facts:
i. The subject property is presently classified .~s M-l, LI(~IT M~PAC'rURING.
2. Cement stepping stones, la~m curbing and various shapes of Concrete will
Constitute the manufacture, which operations will be done at the rear of
the property with'a small electric driven mixer, ~ach piece ia hand.made.
3.' There will also be.~he .wholesaling ~r~ retailing of the above merchandise,
together, with bricks, cement blocks, etc., which will not be manufactured
on the~ l~remises.- '
4. The applicant presently has this type of bu$ines~ at 271 No. Manchester Ave.
3. The front twenty feet of the property will be landscaped in accordance with
'. ' P..L. Zone on. Lincoln Avenue and the office building will be located' ninety
feet back of the p~operty line.
6. 'There will be no noise, smoke or'dust that would be objectionable.
7. This is a-.permiSted use in M-2 where it is a laxge commercial plant, but
