WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of. Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 15 of Anaheim ~xtension, in the city of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map pti survey made by William Hamel
and.filed in the office of the county recorder of LOS Angeles County, a copy of
which is recorded'in book 3, pages 163.et seq,entitled "Los Angeles County Maps",
· in ~he office of the cou;lty recorder of said Orange.COunty, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 1 of Tract No. 1683, as per map
recorded in book 50, page 25 of Miscellaneous; Maps, in the office Of'the.county
re~order of said county; thence NOrth 74~ 36" 05" ~ast, 206.00 feet along the
northerly line of said Tract No. 1683; thence. North 15° 22' 55"' West, 109.00 feet
parallel with the westerly line of said Lot 15; thence South 74° 36' 05" West,
190.00 feet parallel with said n6rtherly linc'to the beginning of a t~ngent 6urve
which is also tangent '~o said last'mentioned westerly line and has a radius of

WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City ·Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 18, 1958 NOTICES of .which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required bylaw and the previsions·of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said Com' ~sion, after due inspection, in~ !ltigation and studies
made by itself and in its ~malf and after due consideratio~ ~f all'evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The 'subject property has an 1836 square foot dwelling 'on the. fron~of the property, and the lot contains 22,454 square feet.
2. It is proposed that permission be granted to cut off a lot 56 feet.by
109 feet or 6104 square_ feet.
3. The 56 foot width is proposed on account of a row of large'frUit trees that.
the owner does not wish to cut down.
4. The lots.in the surrounding tract range from60 fee% by 109 feet or .6540
square feet tO 61 feeg by 98.5 fee% or 6008 square.feet.
5. The dwelling %o be erected will, contain a minimum of 1225 square fee% of
:livable area.
NOW,-THEREFORE, BE;IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY'PI~.RNING COMMISSION
