WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a. PUblic Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on --u u-t 18' 1958 NOTICES ,of which said
Public Hearing were duly'given' as requ~y ~4~ and theprovisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Com~', sion, after 'due inspection,-in '?tigation and studies
made by itself and in its.~haif and after due consideratio~'~of all evidence and
· reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine ~he following facts:
This is the old Nixon Restaurant on Harbor'Bo~!evard.
2. All uses in the' Disneyland area have'been 8:anted by Variance.
3. Changes have been made in co~struction to operate this as a standard
restaurant .ratchet than as a .dflve-in.
4, With .the operation as a standard restaurant, the applicant requests per-
mission to' serve alcoholic beverages.
5. OSher variances have been'granted fo.r similax use in the ~.-.~diate Vic'Anit¥'.
