W~EEEAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The West 1063.S5 feet of Lot 1 of the Joseph ~iscus Subdivision as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 8, ~age 74, Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County, excepting
therefrom that portion, if any, i.ncluded in Tract No. 2637.
The applicant, Twin Cities Realty Co., as Owner, 103 South Clem~ntine, Anaheim,
California, requests that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, Residential
Agricultural to R-3, Multiple-Family Residential.
W~EREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION

Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
