WHEP~S, The City Pl-n~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 25 of Anaheim Hxtension, as shown on a map of survey made by William Hamel
~ filed in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, a copy

Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
A~AHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200: and
WHEP~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The properties southerly of these properties lying along
So. Los Angeles St. are presently classified as C-2,
GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
2. These properties could also he so clacsified without detriment
to other properties in the ares.
NOW, THEREFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~LNAHEIM THAT RECI~SSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-26 be approved for C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL subject to~

1. The dedication to .... City of Anaheim of 53 feet fz ,~he center line of
South Los Angeles{ Jet.
2. Prepare Street Improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance
with standard plans on file in the office of %he City Engineer.
3. Above to be completed in 90 days or such further time as may be allowed by
the City Council.
