PC 1958-1959-137 'OLUTION NO. 1RT,- SERIES A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-483oe Approv~H, WHEREAS, The City Planning commission of the City Of Anahsim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The East 338.72 feet of Lot 24 of the Anaheim Investment Co.'s Tract lecated en BallX Road) South side, Easterly from Euclid Avenue. The applicant AMCO BUILDING and INVESTMENT COMPANY INC., 700 West Orangewood Ave., Anaheim, California, as owners, McDaniel Engineering Company, 222 East Center Street, as Authorized Agent, request that the subject property he reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDHNTIAL. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon Said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-48 on the 5th day of January , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by. law and the provisions 'of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due.inSpection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The property is presently classified as'R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, a transitional zone. 2. This reclassifiecation is in line with the proposed zoning shown for this area on the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY, PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO, F- 58-59-48 be approved fer R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL subject to: -1- 1. Dedication of 53 ft. from ihe centerline of Ball Rd, to the City of Anaheim. 2. Dedication of ~g'ft~ from the centerline of Palm Lane to 'the 'City of Anaheim. 3. Prepare street improvement.plans and install all improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer. 4. Payment of $2.00 per front foot on Ball Road for street lighting purposes. 5. The filing of Standard R-3 Deed Restrictions. 6. 90-day time limit for fulfil!ine above requirements.
