WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-67 on the 9th day of March , 1~9 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: I 1. PARCEL "B" adjoins C-3 and C-1 on the NH corner, C-3 on the Si corner, and ~X C-1 on the SW corner. 2. PARCHL "A" is X~ not near any commercial development. 3. It would appear that a portion of PARCEL "B" could he reclassified to Commercial in view' of the other three cerners having such zoning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION HEILEBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY CO~:~CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION ~'", NO. F-SB-59-67 be Denied for PARCEL "A" bu~ that PARCEL "B" be reclassified to \ C-1 for the frontage on Magnolia Ave. for a depth of 258 ft. only, measured from t \ the Centerline of the street and subject to: \ 1.
