reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
?. ~hc applicant has acquired or is in tile process of acquiring Lot 20 of Tract No. ?96 on the
East side of Webster St.,x~~ 230' South of Orange Ave, which will now give the church
si~a site over one acre,
2. The proposed warehouse is proposed to be altered in conformance with the rendering fnrnished.
3. This buildillg would be used for some purpose and a use on Sundays ~Bd one evening a week would
appear to be the

area.
4. Protests were received from property o~lers in the area with nearly a like n~mber or sxgna-
tures for and against.
5. This church would never have over 100 members as their own church code, as stated by the
applicant, does not permit X~m~ them to have a building over 70 fe~t by 40 feet.
6. ~l,!re will be adequate improved off-street Barking on the property.
NOW, Tffi~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY I~ANNI~ C0~MISSION
HEREBY GRANTS SPBCIKI~USB PBRMIT NO. 28, subjec~
1. That improvements to the building be in conformance with rendering presented i~mluding
completely repaing~.n~ the outside.
2. ~e dedication to the City of An~leim of 32 feet on Orange AYenue mhd Webster Street.
3. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with standard
plans on file in the office of tile City Engineer for Orange Avenue al~d Webster Street.
4. The payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Orange Avenue and
Webster Street.
