back to the Planning C®mmissien ef the City of Anaheim to c®nsider under the Deed Restri=ti®ns
established hy Ordinance No. 955 - $(d) whereby "That nc building shall be used fer residential
purposes unless rezened", and

Investment Cempany's tract and,
WHeReAS The City Planning C®~missien did held a Public Hearing at the City Hall
in the City of Anaheim on the 27th day of April 1959, Notice of which said Public Hearing
wa~ duly given as requi~ed hy law mhd the previsiens o£ the Anaheim Municipal Code,
Section 9200; and
WHRRRAS, S=id Commission, after due c®nsideration and investigation made by
itself and in its. hehal£, dees find and determine the following £acts=
1. The prepei-ty under Reclassificatien No. F-53-54-26 is presently zoned
C-l, N~IGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL.
2. It is proposed to use the east portion of the suhjecot property for R-3
M'dLTIPL~ FAMILY R~SID~VIIAL as shown by the Tentative M~p of Tract No. 2534.
3. The pr~ent Deed Restrictions prohibit any use of the property for residential
use unless rezoned.
4~ The-removal of this condition would permit R-3 Uses inasmuch as they are
