RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Parcel 1. The W. 4 acres of the S. 10 acres of 'thc SH~. of the NE~- of Section 8, T4S, R10W, in tile

WHEREAS, The City Planning CommisSion did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in.the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-88 on the 4th day of May , 1959 , N02ICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property on the Bast is presently zoned C-l, NHIGHBORHOOD CO~I~RCIAL.
2. 'Cae property on the North and West are presently classified as R-3, MULTIPLE PAMILY
RESIDENTIAL.
3. The property is proposed for development as shown by Tentative Map of Tract No. ~398
wl~ich will fit in with Tract No. 3095 to the West.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM'CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-88 BH APPROVHD POR R-3, MULTIPLE PAMILY RESIDENTIAL, subject to:

]. The dedication of 47 feet from the center l[ue of Crescent Avcnuc to the City of
Anahe J m.
2. Prepare street improvement plans alld install all improvements ~,n accordance with
approved standard plans on file in the Office of the City Rngineer.
3. Pay.~ent' of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
4. A time limit of 180 days to enable the developer to record a subdivision map.
