WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has .received
.a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 43 of Tract 2296, Book 63, Page 22 & 23.
The Applicant, RICPL~D G. & DOROTHY A. ROUNd, 730 Cambria Avenue, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in'the City. of Anaheim, on May 18, 1959 NOTIOES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required'by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies.
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration 0f.all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find:and'determine the following facts=
1. This fence will project into the front i.,ard ?} feet.
2. Pot some reason this builder set this building with a 31 foot front yard setback and
only a iY foot rear yard, which would Uot allow this swimming pool to be located
in the rear yard.
3. The neighbors did not object to this Variance and the fence will not.block any
view for tra££ic.
4. It will protect the safety of children in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM 0ITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCR NO. 1112.
