A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. ~-~8-59-93 be Approved.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26,
T4S, RiOW, S.B.B. & M. and further described as being on the East side of Haster Street,
between Orangewood Avenue and Katella Avenue.
The applicants, ~MGH W. WARDHN, Box 133~ Fullerton, California~ and CLARENCE R. MILLER,
527 Crest Avenue, Huntington Beach, Calif., as Owners, and A. E. Arnold~
2435 W. First St., Santa Aha, Calif., as Authorized Agent, request that the subject
property be reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-93 on the 18th day of May , 19 59, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The subject property adjoins s Trailer Park on the North.
2. This would be s less intensive use of the land than that to the North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS T0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-93 he approved for reclassification from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL
to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL subject to~

1. The filing of standard R-3~ Deed Restrictions of the City of Anaheim.
2. The filin9 of a subdivision map.
3. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance
with standard approved plans in the Office of the City Engineer.
4. Payment of $2.00 per front ft. for street lighting purposes.
5. 180 day time limit for 'the accomplishment of above conditions.
