WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That certain real property located in the County of Orange, State of California, being
a.portion of the Bast 5 acres of the South half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
particularly, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said South half of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter; thence North 0o ..09t.35. Bast along the East line Of said South half

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 2, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM "
MUNICIPAB CODE, Section 9200; and

made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration o. all evidence'and
reports offered at said Rearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property is presently classified as R-A', RBSIDBNTIAL AGRICULTURA~ and consists of
approximately S acres improved with a small house at the corner of Ball Road and Dale
Avenue.
2. It is proposed to use this dwelling as a home and.Real Estate Office.
3. The granting of the Variance for a limited period of time should not be detrimental to
other properties in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
HEREBY 'GRANTS VARIANCB NO. 1120 for a period of one year,' subject to:
1. The dedication of 53 feet from the center line of Ball Road to the City of Anaheim.
2. The dedication of 45 feet' from the center line of Dale Avenue to the City of Anaheim.
3.' A black topped area to be provided for the off-street parking of 4 cars.
4. That any sign be limited to 4· x 8' maximum.
