RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has reaeived
a verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in tlc City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
LEGAL ATTACHED.
The applicant, YONTATEGA HON~S, INC., 1545 W. Katella Avenue, Anaheim,
California, as O~ner, Arthur E. Hintz, 1545 Katella Avenue, Anaheim,
California,. es Authorized Agent, request that the subject property
he reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL to R-3, MULTIPLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-102 on the 15th day of June , 19 59 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by iaw and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is a parcel apparently left over hy the subdivision to the west.
2. There is no multiple family residential in the area.
S. The plans do show two story construction without garages.
4. They would he surrounded on two sides with single family dwellings.
5. If Permitted the corner property would also request R-$.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
