WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the Oity of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the NW~ of the ~ of the NH~ of Sec. 27, T4S, RiOW, in the Rancho San Juan
CaJon de Santa Aha, as shown on a map recorded in book 51, pa§e 10 of Miscellaneous

WHEREAS, The City Planning Oommission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 16, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200;.and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is in the Disneyland area where ~otels or any other use is permitted only hy

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1169 subject
l. 1. That the swimmin~ pool and fence he placed back of the 20 ft. set-hack.
~ 2. That there be a dedication of 60 ft. to the City of A~aheim fr6m the cente~line of Katella Ave.
~ 3. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance w~th standard
~ approved plans on file in the office of the City Hngineer.
i~ 4. That there he a payment of $2.00 per front ft. for street li§hting purposes. I
