A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMNhENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. P-59-60-65 be approved in part.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Thc southcrly 200 ft. of the following described parcel.
The southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of Calif., as~id section is shown on a map recorded in Book $i, Page l0 of
~iscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county.
EXCEPT the west 3 acres of said southwest quarter.

City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION

Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies

NOW, THEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMEA~S TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-65 be reclassified from R-A, P.~ID~IALAGRICULTIJRAL re C-3, HEAVY CO~S4~CIAL
for the east 65 ft. and that the reclassification of the balance of the property be denied
until a better use than a used car lot is proposed for the property. ~at portion
