A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECONNENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL 017 THE CITY OF ANANEIM TMAT RECLASSIFICATION
N0. F-58-59-105 RR APPROV]~.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
~tc~a~'certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, described
as follows: The west 220 feet Of the south 131.02 feet of the northwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M. ~nd
further described as 318 North Placentia Avenue and also Parcel 2 described as the west
220 feet of the south 192.73 feet of the north 528.98 feet of the:northwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of Section 12, Ibwnship 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M., and
further as 404 North Placentia Avenue, that both be reclassified from R-A, R~SID~NTIAL
AGRICULTURAL to C-l, NHIGHBORHOOD COMMHRCIAL.
The Applicants, PRIL A. & LOUISE PISC~CK, 318 North Placentia Avenue, Anaheim,
California and HAROLD HAS$~, 404 North Placentia Avenue, Anaheim, California,
Raymond Spehar, 8821 Eatella Avenue, Anaheim, California, as Authorized Agent request
that the subject properties be reclassified from R-A, RMSID~/~TIALAGRICULTURAL to C-l,
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERI17IED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-105on the 3rd day of August , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The p~operties directly to the north are presently classified a C-2 (limited to a
Nursery) and C-1.
2. The development of this prop"~ty as C-1 will not interfere, with the development of
the rear properties for residential use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOM~ENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSI17ICATION
NO. ¥-$8-59.105 be approved for reclassification from R-A, RE$IDRN~A'IAL AGRICULTURAL to
C-i, N]tIGHBORHOOD C(I~CIAL for a depth of 220 feet from the center line of Placentia
Avenue mn accordance with Plan No. 1, subject to:

City tttorney
2o ~he dedication to the City of Anaheim of 53 feet from the center line of Placentia Avenue.
3. l~epare street improve~ent plans ~-d install all improvements in accordance with standard

4. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
5. ~xtend 20~ alley northerly along westerly line of property and westerly to Placentia
