WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anah,~im has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, Ootlnty of Orange, Stats of Oalifornia, described as follows:
The North side of Orange Avenue between Gain Street and Arch Street, and further
described as 2545 Orange Avenue. The property is presently classified R-i,
SINGLE-FAMILY ,qESIDENTIAL.

WF~EREAS, Th~ City P18"-ing Commission did hold a PUblic Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 3,-1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law. and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHERF~S, Said Commission, aftgr due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after, due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and de%ermine the following facts:
1, The area is presently high-class residential].
2. Protests were received from the residents i~ ~he area a~ainst the granting of the
variance.
3.Protest was received from the Federal Savings and Loan Associatio~ having loans
on properties to the extent of.$387,000.00 against variance.
~. There are other properties av~i~able for professional use not in a residential 7one.
