WHEREAS, Tho City Planning Commission Of. the C~ty of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s} of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
l]~e south 100 feet of the north $05 feet of Lot 5 in Block B of Tract No. 13, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 9,
Page 12 of Miscella,)eous Maps, in the offL:e of the county recorder of said county.
Said land is shown on a map filed in' Book ).3, Page l§ of ReCord of Surveys, in. the
office of the County =ecorder of said county.

WHEREAS, Tho City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing a% the
City Hall in the CitM of. Anaheim, on August 17, 1759 NOTICES of.which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, 'after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all e~idence and
reports offered 'at said Hearing, does find and ~determine the following 'facts:
1. This use was originally considered under P~cclassification No. F-S8-$9~1.13 for reclassification
to ~-1, .which would not be permissable in the area, so .in order to give +.he request consideration
the applicant was advised by Mr. Geisler ~o file for ~ variance. (2) ~le subject property :.is
presently Classified as.C-l, Neighborhood Commercial. (.3) It is proposed to ere.ct a building for a
