A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRATING VARIANCB NO. 1141
· WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s)of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The west 140 feet of that portion of Lot 27 of Anakeim Bxtension, City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as per map of Survey made by Wm. Hamel and filed in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles Count~, a copy of which is shown in Book 3, Pa~e
163, et seq., entitled Los Angeles County Maps, in the office of'the County Recorder of
said Orange County, described as follows:
B~GINNING at a point on the northerly line of said Lot, said northerly line being the
denter line of Vermont Avenue (formerly Broad Street) Basterly 762.09 feet from tile
center line intersection of siid Vermont Avenue and Palm Street said point of beginning
being the northeasterly corner of the land described in Certificate of Title No. 7155,
thence Southerly along the easterly ~ne of the land described in said C~r'~ificate of
Title and along the most easterly line of tile 22.8053 Acre Tract described in
