A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The easterly 159.00 ft. of the $~4 of tho SN~ of the S~I' of the N~' of S~ction 14', T4S,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, county of Orange,
State of California, as per'map recorded in book 51 ~age 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the Office of 'the County recorder of said county.
Said land is included W~fthin the area shown on a map.filed in book 36 page 22 of'RecOrd
of Surveys, in the Office of the said County Recorder.

request that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, R£SID~NTIAL AGRICULTURAL,

WHEREAS, The City'Planning Commission did'hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-13 on the 17th day of August , 1959 , NOTICE.of which said
Public Hearing was~duly given as toque, red by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at saidHearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This lot is 159 ft. in width with a depth of approximately 300 ft.
2. It backs up to R-3 zoned property and sides on R-1 property.
3. On account of the proximity to the Western High School and the Orangeview Jr. High
School there could be a demand for such units in this area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 'ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-13 be approved for reclassification from R-A, R~SIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL,
to R-S, MULTIPL~ FANCILY R~SID~NTIAL~ subj'ect to~

1. The erection of the bBzlding in accordance ~ith the pz.. ~ presented;
2. The filing of Standard R-3 Deed Restric±ic,ns approved by the City Attorne¥~
limiting construction to only one story.
3. That 45 ft. be dedicated to the City of Anaheim from the centerline of Orange Ave.
' ' 4. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with
Standard Approved plans in the office of the City ~ngineer.
5. The payment of $2.00 per front fuut for street lighting purposes.
6, That a 90 day time limit be set for the fulfillment of. above conditions.
