A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F..59-60-21 be Approved.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
PARCHL 1 - Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of Vineyard Lot 4-6, as shown
on a map 'thereof recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630, Deeds, records of Los Angeles
Oounty, California, at a point thereon which is 10 ft. Westerly along said line from
the Northeasterly corner of said lot; thence Southeasterly parallel with the monumented
centerline of South Palm Street, 130.75 ft., thence Southwesterly parallel with the
Northerly line of said lot 110 ft.; thence Northwesterly parallel with said centerline
of South Palm Street, 130.75 ft. to the Northerly line of said lot~ thence Northeasterly
along said Northery line, 110 ft. to the point of beginning. Also PARCBLS 2 and S
lots No. 107 and 108 of Tract No. 1453.
The applicant~: Dr. WM. KOTT, 501 South Palm Street, Anaheim. California, as Owner,
requests that the subject properties be reclassified from R-l. SINGLE FAMILY RBSIDENTIAL,
to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD CON~RCIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Plan~ing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. P-59-60-21 on the Sth day of September , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 are presently operating under Variance No. 778 with
Medical and Dental Offices and a Pharmacy.
2. It is proposed to use Parcel 3 on Lot No. 107 of Tract No. 1453 for an expansion
of these facilities.
3. The present building on lot 107 will be replaced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMM~ENDS T0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-21 be approved for reclassification from R-~i, SINGLE FAMILY RBSIDHNTIAL,
to C-i, NEIGHBORHOOD C0~HRCIAL, subject to:
1. The filing of C-1 Deed'Restrictions Approved by the Cit~Attorney limiting the uses
to.' ~edical and Dental Offices and related uses and a Pharmacy.
2. The payment of $2.00 per front ft. for street lighting purposes on South Palm Street
and Water Street.
3. That a 90 day 'time limit be set for the accomplishment of the above conditions.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day of September, 1959.
