A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
All that certain land situated in the State of Calif.~ County of Orange~ City of Anaheim described
as fellsws:
The West 16.58 acres ef the N~ of 'the SW~- of Section 7 T4S~ RiOW, S%B.B. & M. Excluding the
South 400 ft. therefrom.

ing,/222.E. Center St.~ Anahoim~ Calif., as Authorized Agent, request that the subject proporty
be reclassified as shown on Tentative Map of Tract No. 3365 from R-I, SINGLE FAMILY P~SIDHNTIAL,
to H-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDHNTIAL on Lots 1-19 inclusive and C-i~ NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, on
Lots 20-29 ;inclusive.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-27 on the 21st day of September , 19 59, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL~CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
mads by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. With the filing of Tentative Tract MapNo. 3S65 the property automatically became H-1 from R-A.
2. Protests were received from ~roperty owners in the R-1 development to the Hast.
3. Commissioner Morris pointed out the fact that there were more Multiple Family units built in
the past two years than single family units.
~. Commissioner Allred pointed out that extent ~f Commercial proposed was not warranted on
primam¥?, street, hut if any deviatien was allo~ed on this street, it could possibly he
but not C-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-27 be denied.
