WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECI~SSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-28 on the 21st day of September , 19 59, NOTICE of whieh said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This property is at the southeast corner of Harbor Blvd. and Wilken Way.
2. It is proposed to develop this 28 acres (approximately) as a well planned Shopping Center
with a large department store as a nucleus also a Market Office building, Restaurants and
Farmer's Market with Charles Luckman Associates as architect.
$. This would appear to he a 9cod land use for the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-28 be approved for ~'eclassification from R-A~ RESIDENTIAL AGRICULIURAL~
to C-2~ GENERAL CON~ERCIAL~ subject to:

City Attorney.
2. The dedication of 60 ft. fr~m the centerlim of Harbor Blvd. to the City of Anaheim.
3. The dedication of 30 ft. from the centerline of Wilken Way to the City of Anaheim.
~ That street improvement plans be prepared and all improvements installed in accordance vJith
standard approved plans on file in the office of the City Engineer on both Harbor Blvd. and
Wilken Way.
That there be a payment of $2.00 a front ft. for stregt lighting purposes on Harbor Blvd.
That a 50 ft. P-t, Parking-Landscaping Zone be establzshed on Harbor Blvd.
That complete plans be presented to the City Council for their approval.
