WHEREAS, Ihe City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property c~'..ner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follo~'..'s:

~he subject properties be reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL~ to
NEIGHBORHOOD CONB4ERCIAL.
WHEREAS; The City Planning Commission di~ hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in
the City ef Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-31 mn
%he 21st day of September, 1959, NOTIC]~ of which said Public Hearinq was duly given as
required by lawa/ and the provision% of the ANAHEIM N[UNICIPAL CODE~ ~ection 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by
itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered
at said Hearings, does find and determine the following'facts:
1. It is proposed to remove the mill. buildings except the office and also convert ~/o of
the existing dwellings to professional offices in accordance with %he us~s permitted in
'the p~op~S~-7 classification of the proposed Ordinance.
2. This would appear to be a good land use of %he properties.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CON~4ISSION HEREBY
RECO~4NENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-31
be approved for reclassification from R-A, ~RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD
CO~ERIfIAL for a depth of 150 ft. from the uclid Ave. property line and sub3ect
1. The filing of C-1 Deed Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney, limiting the uses of the
properties to those of the 0-7 classification of the new preposed zoning Ordinance.
2. That there be a dedicatien of 60 ft. to the City of Anaheim on Broekhurst St.
3. Prepare street improvement plans and the installation of all improvements in accordance with
approved standard plans on file in the office of the City Engineer.
4. The payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
5. That a 90 day time limit be set for the accomplishment of the abeve conditions.
