WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 10 of Miles Rancho, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State ef Calif.,
ss sheen on a map thereof recorded in bo~k 4, page 7, Miscellaneous Maps, records ,f said Orange
County, described as follows:
Seginning at a point in the center line of La Palma Ave. distant thereon N. 89° 42' 00" £. 98' from
the intersection with the center line of West St. and running thence N. 89° 42' 00" E. along said

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of P~ECLASSIFIOATION
NO. F-59-60-32 on the 21st day of September , 19 59, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf,.and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is another dwelling to be used in connection with those approved under Reclassification
No. F-59-60-12 for a psychology Guidance Center.
2. There are other commercial uses in the area°
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
