NO. F59-60-37 be approved
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner{s) of certain real property situated
in the City of ~n-hetm, County of 0ranEe, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 21 and 22 of Block B, of Lorelei Tract and further described as 211 and 215 South
Rose Street, Anaheim, Calif.
The Applicant, JIM. A../~, 1301 Rosewood Street, Anaheim, Calif., as Owner,
Statview Homes, Inc., 14422 Harbor Blvd., Santa Ana, Calif., as Authorized A~ent, reques~
that the subject properties be reclassified from R-2, TWO FAMILY R~SID~NTIAL to
R-3, ~LTIPI.B FARILYP~BSIDRNTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public HearinE at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-37 on the 5th day of October , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearin~:. does find and determine the follow,n8 facts:
1. The properties are presently an avocado grove.
2. ~he properties adjoin R-3 zoned property with an alley on ~wo sides of one of the lots.
It is proposed to place 2 ~ 4 unit apts. on these lots.
4. The lots are 50 feet wide twith depths of 156 feet or 7800 sq. ft. each.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE AN~XM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY REC0~W~DS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0FANAH~IM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-37 be approved for reclassification of Lots 21 and 22 Blk. ~f the
Lorelei Tract from R-2, TWO FAMILY P.~SIDENTIAL to R-3, MIILTI~r_~ FAMILY RF. SIDETFIAL,
subject to:

1. The filing of R-3 Deed Restrictions approved by the City Attorney.
2. That al/ requirements of the Interim Ordinance be met except for lot widths.
3. Remove and replace curb ~nd sidewalk on South Rose St.
4. Remove trees and shrubs on South Rose St.
5. That a 90 day time 1/mit be set for the accomplishment of the above conditions.
