PC 1959-1960-8 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF A/~AHEIM
~RANTING VARIANCE NO. 1126
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim,'County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 26, Tract No. 2373 in the City of Anaheim, State of California.
The Applicant, OUANITA MILLS, 1068 Lomita Street, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 13, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required' by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~.00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
~'~: ~ .. made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing,. does find and determine the following facts:
· 1. This was first considered as .a Reclassification No. P-58-$9-74 and permission ced
}"- by the City Council to withdraw on April 21, 1959 and refile as a Variance.
:~ 2. It was again advertised as a Special Use Permit No. 40 and the Commission on jan,~ 15 .[959
, requested .that it be readvertised as a Variance.
:: 3. On July 13, 1959 a Public Hearing was held as a Variance. 4. Petitions were' z~'cemved
,..~7, against the Variance wit~ 27 names and one with 23 names in favor. 5. The' entrant-. -,;o the
[{. Beauty Shop will be from La Palm~ and off-street parking will be provided from that street.
~' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 1TESOLVED THAT TEE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
I HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCB NO. 1t26, subject to:
1. The dedication of 53 feet from the center line of W. La Palma Ave.1 to the City of Anaheimo
2. The providing of off-street parking as shown on Plot Plan.
