A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI~

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in tb~ City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
the Hast 150.00 feet of the South 150.00 feet of the northeast 9uarter of Section 8,
Township 4 Sou'uh, Range l0 West~ partly in the Rancho Los Coyotes and partly in
the Rancho San Juan Ca3on de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, county of Orange,
State of California~ as said section is indicated on e map filed in book 40 page 6
of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said county, and
further described as the Northwest corner of Euclid and Crescent.
BROAU~¥AYVILLAG£ OF ANAHEIm, 801N. Lears, Anaheim~ Calif.~ as Applicant.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 4, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIN
~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
m-~e by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1o It is proposed to erect at the corner of Euclid and Crescent Avenues a coffee shop',
restaurant and cocktail bar.
2. The only information presented was a plot plan showing the property to be use~,
namely 150 ft. x 150 ft. measured from the centerlines of Huclid and Crescent Avenues.
~. This would reduce the size of the parcel to 97 ft. x 105 ft.
4. Protests were received from the property owners to the south that there sre
presently enough cocktail bars on £uclid Ave.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIN CITY PLANNING C0~&~ISSION
HEREBY Deni~s Variance No. 1186
because no plans were presented to show the type of building to be
erected or no plot plan which showed the location of said building
on the ground and the necessary off-street parking.
The vote on the ~bove Resolutionwas as follows:
AYES: CON~4ISSIONERS: Allred, DuBois, Gauer, Hapgood~ ~arcou×, ~auerhan, ~orris, Summers
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: None. and Mungall.
ABS£NT: CON~ISSIONERS: None.
