A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRATING VARIANCE NO. 1189
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The west half of the south 134 ft. of the west half of the north half of ~the
northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Page 11 West,
and an easement over the 25. ~$. by 134 ft. adjoining property to the north, also described
as being on tile east side of Western Ave. between Lincoln Ave. and Del blonte Dr.
The Applicant, ALL~N B. K~LLY, 1517 Hast Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles 21, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, onJ&nuary 18, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

the event that the proposed use is discontinued at some time, it would appear
that this should be handled as a variance for better con~rol.
3.It adjoins C-1 on the south, but will provide an open area with a garden center
between the residential and the Safeway ~arket and associated stores to the north.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CO~9~ISSION
HEREBY GRA~NTS VARIANCH NO. 1189, subject to conformance with Plot Plan and Bldgs. as
