A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Grantin9 Variance No. 1195
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a'Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City cf Anaheim, County of Orange, SLate of California, described as follows:
Lot 10 ')Tract No. 303, as per map thereof recorded in Book 15, Page 20 of
Miscellan%ous Maps~ Records of Orange County~ California.
MR. & MRS. JAN~S B. (EUNICE V.) McCABE, 'as Applicants, 1031 S. Concord Way,
La Hsbra, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anahet.., on February 1, 1960 NOTICES of which said

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after 'dum consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The granting of this Variance would not he materially detrimental to the
public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in the vicinity.
2. There was no opposition from residents in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1195 subject to:
I. The repair of sidewalks as required by the Director of Public Works.
The vote on the above resolution was as follows:
