WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
North 200" of SE ~ of the SE ~ of the SW~ of Sec. 22, T4S, RiOW, S.B. &.
also described as 1735 Harbor Blvd., Anah~'im, Calif.

.permission to ADD 65 UNITS TO EXISTING MOTEL. '
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission diu.hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Feb. 15, 1960 NOTICES of which said
PUblic Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, 'Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of.all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing~ does find and determine the following facts:
1. 7his will be an ~diti'em t.o~the-present motel and restaurant granted under
Vazianc~No.'839 and 1095;
2. Plans were shown the Commission indicating the proposed addition and shown ample ..
parking for the total development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY'PLANNING COMMISSION
NJ 1EBY Grants Variance No. 1199, subject ~o:
1. Plans presen!ed.
2~ Drainage to be to Katella Avenue.
