A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNIHG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRATING VARIANCE NO. 1201
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 8, Resubdivision of Block A, Center Z~ac~. Located on the east side of Los Angeles St.
between Cen~er and Broadway.
The Applicant, Poster and Kleiser Co., P. O. Box 1090,~ Long Beach, California., requesting
permission to erect one standard 12½'x 47' illuminated painted sign on roof of existing
bldg.
WHEREAS, The.City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
-- City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Pebruary 15, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9Z00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due insp~ction, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and.after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered~at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This Sign would be placed across the corner of the front of the building on the roof.
2. It was felt that the sign would not be detrimental tO the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT-EESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~NISSION
?, HEREBYGRANTS VARIANCB NO. 1201, subject to:

Anaheim and for nationally advertised products.
