A R~SOLUTION OF TIlE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING V/hqlI%NCE NO. 1209
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
The east 120t of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the. northwest quarter of
Section 27, Township 4 South, Range ]0 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Aha, as
shown on a map in Book 51, Page 10 of MiScellaneous Maps, records of Orange Co.
The Applicant, RO~ INVES'I1V~NT CO., 2180 Harbor Blvd., Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 7, 1960 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studiss
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said tlearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant is requesting permi~on to construct a deluxe motel & erect a free-
s~anding identification sign.
2. ~e Proposed use is consistant with other uses permitted in this area.
3. That the proposed use of the property would require compliance with the reconmendations
of the ~I~g. 'Com. in order to preserve the safety & welfare, of the Citizens of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS.V/LRIANCE NO. 1209, subject to the following conditions:
~ 1. Dedicate 60' from the centerline of Katella Ave.
~ 2. Prepare street improvement plans & install all imp. in accordance with app'd, std. plans
~o.;.~ on file in the office of the City Hngineer.
Payment of $2.00 per front ft. for st. lighting purposes.
4. 20' fron~ setback for landscaping.
5. Development in accordance with plans presented.
6. Drainage to be approved by the City Engineer.
