WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 7, 19§O NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required bF law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said C~l,.~ission, after due inspection, !.~estig~tion and studies
made by itself and in lt'~i0ehalf and after due considerati~ of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Petitioner requesta a variance from Code, Section 18.80.080, which requires that a
proposed single family dwelling must have not less than 1,225 square feet of livable
"' floor area, in order to construct a second dwelling unit having 927 square feet
livable floor area upon an existing R-2 lot.
2. The livable floor area of the proposed dwelling is 273 square feet short of the code
requirement,
3. No one appeared in opposition to the petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEP~EBYGRANT~ VAJ~IANC~ NO. 1312, FOR TI4N WAIV~ OP MINIMUM HOUSR SIZE RRQUIRP~T TO
PA1U~IT CQNSTRUCTION OPA HOUSE CONTAINING 927 SQ. PT. ONLY., subject to the following
conditions:
1. Replacement of damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks.

On roll call the foregoing resolution was passed by the following vote:
