a Vortfiod Petition from the Ownor(s) of a certain parcel of real property situatod
in tho Cit~ of An~etm, County of O~ange, State of Californie, described as follows:
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and il & 12 of Tract No. 3492, also described as being
on the north side of ~rovential Drive between South and Vermont.

2. There was some opposition to the request by property o~ers on Citron, ~rving Pi. and
Bellevue Place.
3. R-3 property is limited to one-story in height within 150 ft. from the R~ zoned
property.
4. ~e land use trend for the R~ property in this case is for other than single family
residen'~ial.
