A RESOLUTION OF THE OITY PLABNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DENYING VARIANCE NO. 1259.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of t:ae City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a cert~i~ parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

APPLICANTs Patricia E. Linton

Anaheim, Calif.
WHERF~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing :-~%
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 5, ].960, NOTICES of which sa~d
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNIOIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHERF~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Applicant requested permission to place a second unit on a lot.
., 2. No one appeared in opposition.
: 3. The property is zoned R-A, and is located in an area developing into commercial uses.
~. Proposed unit would of necessity come within 10 feet of rear property line, which is
