A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PI~ANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT REClASSIFiCATION
NO. F-69-61-7 BE GRANTED.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the Oity of'Anaheim,: Cotmty of Orange. State 'of California, described as follows:
/he Westerly 220 feet of the following: Commencing at a point 219.25 feet south of
the Northwest corner of the South half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of. Section 12, Township 4 South~ Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.~ running thence
South 117 feet; thence East 1320 feet to the East line of the Northwest q~arter of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 12; thence North 117 feet; thence West 1320 feet
