WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described'as follows:
The North half of the East half of. the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B~

Public Hearing was du%y given as required by law and the provisions of the

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due

and reports of~ered~at ~said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The subject property abuts .R-3 property .to the North and the Loafs Elementary
School to the Ea~t.
2. The land use trend on adjoining property ~o the'South and West would appear to
be toward commercial or Multiple,Residential development.
3. There was no opposition~to the proposed change...
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' TMAT ,THE ANAHEIM CITY 1pLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'ANAHEIM THAT I~ECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-~5'G-~51~8 BE GRANTED FOR R-3, ~IULTIPI~ FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, SUBJE~I' TO:
1. Install sidewalks. I"'i~
2. Pay $2J00 per' fron~.~'oot for street lighting purpose~.~
3. $25.00 per dwelling unit Park and Recreation fee to bo collected as part
of the Building Permit.
4. 90-day time limit.
5. Plans to be withdrawn from file.
6. Plans to be submitted to City Council for Architectural Review
7. Standard R-3 Deed Restrictions.
