A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~OMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANC5 NO. 1275.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Co~m~isston of the City of ~naheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the 0ity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as fellows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on August 1, 1960, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNIOIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
~i~ W~EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
~.. made by itself and in its behalf and aftor due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Applicant wishes to encroach into required 12~ foot eideyard.
2. Subject lot adjoins a key lot to the rear, end as such, requires ~ 12~- foot
aideyar~ sethacl¢ from Ball Road.
3. Tho are~ ~djoining the key lot to 'the West is presently C-1 and it would appear
that the key lot, which is zoned R-A, is destined for C-1 also. ~n such a case the
12~- foot sideyard setback on the subject property would not he required.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE XT RES0~,VED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING OOMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCH NO. 1275, SUBJHCT TO TH~ FOLLOWIN~ CONDITIONS=

a. Dedication of 53 feet from centerline of Ball Road (50' exist.)
b. Installation of sidewalks on Ball Road and Velare Streot.
The foregoing conditions are found to be a ,%ecessary prerequisite to the use of the
property in order to preserve the safety and welfare of the Citizeus of Anaheim.
