made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following fac~s:
1. The subject property fronts on the Manchester frontage road where some quality M-1
development now exists.
2. OppcsitiOn to the petition w~s registered.
3. The proximity of the subject property to the trailer park, to the homes south of
Ozangewood and to Melrose Abbey would necessitate adequate safeguards if the subject
