; re~ommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclassification
i No, 60-61-79 be approved and, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim
A9unicipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R A, Residen-
~ tial Agricultural, 2one and'so as to~incor orate sAid
~ P property in the P-L~.Parking LanQ-
scaping, and the M-1, Light Manu~acturing, Zones as follows: A strip of land 50 feet in
~ width along Za palma Apenue sha11 6e incorporated in the P-L~ Parkia~ Landscaping 2one; and
the balan.e of the said prdperty shall be incorporated itt the-M-1~ Ia.ght Manufacturinb Zone~
upon the followiag conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the
proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safe4y and general welfare of
f the Citizens of Anaheim;
~{ 1. The Owners of said property dee@ to the City of Anaheim, for street widenin
1 a strip of land 53 feet in width, extending north~rly from and along the centerlineeof
~ La Palma Avenue.
'. 2. All engineering requirements of the City of Anahe~.m,along La Palma Avenue, relating to
~ curbs, gutters and rough grading, be complied with as requited by the City Bngineer and
; in accordance with standard plxns and specifications on file in the Office of the City
f 8ngineer, and that saad engineering requirements or improvements be installed at the
; time the property is developed,
` 3, The owners of said property shall concurrently with the installation of tlie improve-
ments tuader paragraph 2 hereof either:
<a) Pay to the City of Anaheim at ~he time said property is developed the sum of
$2.00 per front foot on La Palma Avenue for street lightir,g purposes, or
(b) Install street lights in accordance with plans and specifications approved by
the Office of the City Hngineer.
; 4. The owners of said property place of record M-1 deed restrictions approved by the City
Attorney.
5, Condition Nos. 1 and 4 hereof be satisfied within 90 days after this proposal is adopted
