Petitioa l~or Reclassification from Earl and Ploy Denney, 3438 East ia Palma Avenue,
Anaheim, California, Owners, proposing the reclassification of the following described
property: legal desc?~iption on file in th~ office of the Elanning Department.

the City of ~,naheim oa April 17, 1961 at 2:00 o~clock P.M., aotice of said
public hearing having been duly given as required by]aor and in accordance vrith 4he provi-
sions of the Anaheim Municipai Cod~, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence fcr and
agains4 said proposed reclassification and to investigate and mate findings ~ad recopmen-
daeions in connectien therewith; and

self and in its behalf, and after due coasideration of all evideace and reports offered
at said hearing, does find and 3etermine th~e followimmg facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassific~~*ion of the above deacribed pro-
p~rty from tLe R-A, RE5IDBNTIAL AGRICULT[1RAL, ZONH to the M-1, LIGHT MANUPACTURING, ZONB,

does relate to and abut upon streets and highways which are orgoosed to carry tLe
4yp~ and quaatity of traffic, which wiii be genesated by 4he peraitte~ qaes, in •accord-
ance with the circuis~tion element of the General Plan.
5. No one appeured in opposition to the subject petition.

NOW, 7IiBRSFORH, BB IT RBSOLVHD that the Anaheim City Planning Commission hereby
recommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclassification
No, 60-61-84 be approved and, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim
MunicipaS Cone be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-A, RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURA? . zone and to incorporate said described property in the M-1, LIGHT MANUFACTURING
ZONB and the P-L, PARKING IANDSCAPING, ZONB as follows~ A strip of land 30 feet in depth~
after dedscaiion, abutting and parallel to the planned highway right-of-way tine on La Palma
Avent~e shall Ue incorporated in the P-L, PARKING-I~1IVDSCAPING, ZONB; and the balance of
said property ~zh~11 be 3ncorporaYed in the M-1, LIGHT Ml?N'UFACTURING~ ZONS, upon the follow-
ing canditicns ~vhich are hereby found to be a necessasy preaeqassite to the proposed use o£
the subject p~op,~sty i^ ordex to preserve the s~.fefr~ and gener.al welfare of th=. Citizens of

1. Dedication of 53 feet fsom 4he monumented centexline of La Palma Avenue (20 feet
existing).
