That the proposed use ~s properly one for xrhich a Coaditional Use Perait is authorized by this Code, to wit: A church, 2. T2tat the proposed use will adve~sely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and develogment of the area in which it ia proposed to be loca~~d. 3, That the size and shape of the site proposed fnr the use is nat adequate to ailow the full development of the proposed use in $ manner not detrimenta2 to the parti- cular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general wei€are of the citizens of the City of Anaheim, 4, That the traffic ge~~ruted b~ +t~e ~aroposed use wili impose an undue bur-• den upan tJ~e streets and highaays designed and ~proved to earry the traffic in the area. 5. Thr~t the g.ranting of the Conditional Use Permit uttdez the conditions inposed, if any, will be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim. 6. That the subject area is developed primarily £or single family residentiaJ. use and the proposed development is not compatible with the existing residential development. 7.
