sions of the Aaaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and

da±ions ia conaection therewith; and

selff and in its behalf, and after due considera4:on of all evidence and reports offered
at said heariag~ does fiud and determine the following facta;
1. That the proposed use i,,,~_ properlq one for wh3~h a Coaditional U~e Permit
is aathorized by 4his Code, to wit: a trailez park.
2. That the ~roposed resiciential use will adversaly affect the projected industrial
deve?o~ment of adjoinin~ parceis and the projected g~ow~h and deeelopment of the area in
which ~t is proposed to be located.
That a precedent has been established for the A!-1~ T.,i.ght Mattufacturing~ Zone~ in
accordance with the Pseliminary General Plan, hy the reclassifi~ation of properties
abutting subject property on the west from the R-A, Residential Agricultural, Zone to the
M-1, Light Marmfacturing~ Zone.
4. That a precedent wzs established by the denial of Tentative Map of Tract No.
40EL, which proposed subdivision of subjecic property to R-1, SinFle Family Residential~
lo~s~ by the City Planning Commi.ssion on Pebr.uary 20, 1961 und by the City Council ~n
March 14~ 1961. .
5. That verbal opposition by one owner of property in the area and a letter of
proteat were reccr~:~ aga~nst subject petition.
