Public Notice requirement relative to this relocation, which was dzemed ynnecessary by j
Assistant City Attorney Joe Geisler and upon the waiver of same`by the Attorney repres~nting
Disneyland~ Inc., be waived because of the aingle owt:ars!:ip of the sub3ect pregerty and
adjacent affected properties by Disneyiand, Inc. ~

approves Conditional Use Permit I~o. 125 , ~pon the folloxing conditions which
are hereby found to be a aecessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject pro-
perty in order 4o preaerve the safety aad general welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim;
1. Development substantially in accordance with plans presented subject to relocation
of the proposed heliport site approximately 100 feet easterly of the location pre-
sented in subject petition, provided permission is obtained from the Civil Aeronautics
Board and/or the Federal Aviation Agency. However, if ttie suggested site is nofi
approved by the Pederal agencies and the site presented with subj~ct petition does
receive approval, said site shall Ue deveioped on the subject property substantially
in accordance with plans presented,
2, Dedication of 45 feet from the monumented centerline of Cerritos Avenue (20 feet
existing),
3. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements in
accordance with,approved standard plans on file in the office of t he City Bngineer.
4, Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting puzposes,
