No. 60-61-100 be approved and. Gy so doing, that Title 18-Zonirig of the Anaheim
Municipal Code be amencied to excluGe the above described praperty from the R A, Residential
pgsicultural zone and to ircorporate said described property in the C-1~ Neighborhood
Commercial zone, upo:. the foilowing conditions which are hereby found to be a neces-
sary prerequisite tc the proQosad use of the subject proper~y in order to preserve the
safety and gea~ral welfare of the Citizeas of Anahein:
2. Subjec4 to the xecordation of 3eed restrictions limiting use of the subject property
to professional offices only.
3, Dedication of 53 feet from the centerline of Huclid Avenue (50 feet existing).
4. ~ayment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes for Eucli~ Avenue and
