1. That the petitioner proposes a reclaasification of 4he aboee deacsibtd pso-
perty from fi~e R-19 Singlo Family Resfdential, Zone to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial,
2one (restricted to business and professional offices only).
2, That the Dropoaed xeclaesifica4ioa of sub,~ect property is premature in view
of the amount of vacant commercial land presently undeveloped and available; and that
until such time as the land values have advanced to warrant the removal of the exietfng
residential structures for replacement with a suitable commerq~,al development9 the pro~
posed reclassif3cat3on would not be an improvement to the areao
3e That verbal opposition was secorded against sub~ect petition, in addition to
a letter of conditional protest received from the East Anaheim-Sunkist Civic Association.
